WHAT IS G4GENIUS CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellation your order before shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at [email protected] or call us our support number mentioned on contact us page between 10AM and 6PM, Monday to Saturday. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Cancellation post shipment: Please note that we don’t entertain any cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped.

ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION CHARGES?

There are zero cancellation charges if the order hasn’t been shipped from our warehouse but if the order has already been shipped we’ll not be able to cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your order before shipment, you can reach out to us at [email protected] in order to notify. However, actual shipping charges levied by the courier company will be deducted from the amount paid by you.

HOW CAN I GET REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS AND HOW MUCH TIME DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?

In case of cancellation before shipment, the refund is processed within 3-4 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

For transactions done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48-72 hours. However, it may take 4-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
